Corpus Media Labs, Inc acquires PQ Engineering, Inc.

Corpus Media labs, Inc a media solutions arm of Corpus group of companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of PQ Engineering, Inc. The acquisition was final as of April 1st, 2010. Ray Roybal, the President and CEO of PQ Engineering, Inc and his team started the company in 2008 primarily focusing on Test, System Integration and Customer Support.

 

Corpus Media labs, Inc is a subsidiary of Corpus group of Companies with competencies in interactivity, application development and media solutions. Sachin Tummala, Group chairman, Corpus group of companies commented that the combined forces of both the companies will allow expanding our expertise and providing our cable and satellite customers with a broad range of solutions as well as consulting personnel. Ray will be the Executive Vice President of Americas and will be in charge of the cable and satellite business unit based out of Denver, CO. Charles Little, formally Vice President of Conax North America will lead the Sales effort as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, cable & satellite division.

Corpus Media Labs wins multi-million consulting partnership with MultiChoice Africa

 

Corpus has extended it's services to Africa by providing technology solutions consulting to MultiChoice in South Africa. Corpus and MultiChoice Africa have signed a multimillion multiyear partnership. Corpus would provide consultancy services for the various areas of broadcasting domain like systems requirements study, architecture, embedded STB development and integration, testing and interactive TV application design, development and testing. Corpus managed to win the deal based on its vast experience and expertise including its long standing relationship with MultiChoice Africa.
